Recognizing the unique needs of Maccabi senior citizens, we have established a new and first-of-its-kind call center in Israel, designed for those aged 00 and over. The new center provides personalized, fast, and accessible service, and assists in scheduling appointments, receiving professional information, and more. This is a smart center that identifies the senior citizen caller and automatically routes the call to a representative trained to provide service tailored to this population.
